B&N’s Nook requires all publishers to take serious understanding of all legal terms and conditions in regards to publication agreements. Below are the top six to introduce:
Content Policy Restrictions – The PubIt! Content Policy prohibits the use of pornographic text and images. Including ones that are libelous, defamatory, or those that are infringing copyright. Advertisements are also restricted even if they are ads for the book or author, calls to action (ex: "Please review this book."), hyperlinks or URLS, and contact information of the publisher or the author.

Editorial Services – PubIt! does have editorial services to manage your manuscript.

Pricing – Royalty from Publt! ranges between 40% to 65% depending on the price set by the publisher or the author.
